1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or utilizing our bicycle repair services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Service Estimates

All service estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Final prices may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will always contact you before proceeding with any work that would exceed the original estimate.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service completion.
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
• For large repair jobs over $500, a 50% deposit may be required.
• Unclaimed bikes after 30 days may be subject to storage fees of $5/day.

4. Warranty on Services

We offer a 30-day warranty on all labor performed. If any issue arises from our work within 30 days, we will correct it free of charge. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains).
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
• Issues present before the repair that were not addressed.

5. Parts and Components

Parts installed on your bicycle remain your property. However, removed parts that are replaced become the property of Mimi's Toys & Bicycles unless you request to keep them. Custom-ordered parts that are specifically for your bike are non-refundable once ordered.

6. Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution with customer bicycles, Mimi's Toys & Bicycles is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear.
• Damage resulting from normal use, accidents, or third-party modifications.
• Incidental or consequential damages.

7. Pick-up Policy

Bicycles must be picked up within 30 days of service completion. After 30 days, a storage fee of $5/day applies. After 90 days, unclaimed bicycles may be sold to recover storage costs.

This website and its content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time.
