How long does a basic tune-up take?

Most basic tune-ups are completed within 1-2 hours, often on the same day you drop off your bike. However, during our busy spring and summer season (March through September), it may take 1-2 days. We will always give you an estimated timeframe when you drop off your bike.

Do I need to schedule an appointment?

For small repairs like flat fixes or brake adjustments, no appointment is needed — just walk in. For larger jobs like complete overhauls or custom builds, we recommend calling ahead or scheduling online. This ensures we have the parts and time dedicated to your project.

How much does a flat repair cost?

Our flat repair service starts at $35 and includes a new tube or patch if needed, plus a safety inspection of your tires and rims. If you have a specialty bike (recumbent, folding bike, etc.) or need a specific high-end tube, the price may vary slightly.

Do you work on electric bikes?

Absolutely! We have specialized training and tools for e-bikes. Our certified mechanic Marcus handles most e-bike work, including battery health checks, motor diagnostics, and controller repairs. E-bike services typically take longer due to the complexity involved, so please schedule an appointment.

What brands of bikes do you service?

We service all brands! Whether you ride a Trek, Specialized, Giant, Schwinn, Specialized, or a custom build, we have the expertise to work on it. We also work on vintage bikes, department store bikes, and everything in between. No job is too big or too small.

Do you offer bike fitting services?

Yes, we do. A proper bike fit can make a huge difference in your comfort and performance. Our basic fit service costs $75 and includes saddle position, handlebar reach, and cleat alignment. For more advanced fit analysis with motion capture, we offer a premium package at $150.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit cards. For large custom builds over $500, we accept a 50% deposit to secure the order, with the balance due upon pickup.

Do you offer pick-up and delivery?

Yes! We offer pick-up and delivery within 15 miles of our shop in New Castle. The fee is $25 for pick-up or delivery, or $40 for both. This service is popular among busy professionals and families. Schedule your pick-up when dropping off your bike for maximum convenience.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 30-day warranty on all labor. If any issue arises from our workmanship within 30 days, we will fix it free of charge. Parts are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Normal wear items like tires, chains, and brake pads are not covered under warranty.

Can I wait while my bike is being repaired?

For small jobs (flats, basic adjustments), you are welcome to wait. For larger jobs, we have a comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi. However, due to safety and insurance reasons, customers are not permitted in the workshop area while work is being performed.
