1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Mimi's Toys & Bicycles, we take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with a repair service, please let us know within 7 days of pickup. We will work with you to make it right.

2. Labor Refunds

Labor charges are refundable under the following circumstances:

  • If the issue persists after our repair and we cannot fix it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If we failed to complete the agreed-upon work.
  • If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to our workmanship.

3. Parts and Components

Refunds or exchanges for parts are subject to the following terms:

  • New parts may be returned within 30 days if they are defective or do not fit as specified.
  • Custom-ordered parts (specifically for your bike) are non-refundable once ordered.
  • Installed parts cannot be refunded if they function correctly but do not meet your expectations.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Bicycles purchased from us may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
  • Accessories (helmets, locks, lights) may be returned within 30 days with receipt.
  • Used bicycles are sold as-is and are generally non-refundable unless there was a misrepresentation.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us by phone or in person to discuss your concerns.
  • Bring your receipt and the item in question to our shop.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Cash refunds over $100 may require ID verification.

6. Store Credit

In many cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund, especially for repeat customers. Store credit never expires and can be used for any service or product.

7. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services where the customer did not follow recommended maintenance advice.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or third-party modifications.
  • Issues that existed before the repair but were not addressed in the original scope.
  • Sale items and clearance merchandise.
