Our Repair Process
From simple adjustments to complete overhauls, here is what you can expect when you bring your bike to us.
What is a Complete Overhaul?
A complete overhaul is our most comprehensive service. We disassemble your entire bike, clean every component, inspect for wear, and reassemble with precision. This is ideal for bikes that have not been serviced in a while or are being prepared for a new riding season.
The Overhaul Process
Initial Inspection
We start by checking the overall condition of your bike and identifying any issues that need special attention.
Disassembly
Every component is carefully removed, labeled, and organized. We keep track of every bolt and washer.
Deep Cleaning
All parts go through an ultrasonic cleaning bath or intensive hand cleaning to remove grime and old grease.
Component Inspection
Every bearing, cable, and wear item is inspected. We recommend replacements for anything that is worn or nearing end of life.
Reassembly & Adjustment
Components are reassembled with fresh grease where needed. Every bearing is adjusted to spec, brakes centered, and gears tuned.
Final Test Ride
We take your bike for a test ride to verify everything works perfectly before you pick it up.
